Shipping Policy
Current Turn Around Time (TAT)
All items in the Ready to Ship collection will be shipped the same day if ordered BEFORE 12:00 PM EST Monday-Friday. Orders placed AFTER 12:00 PM or on Saturday’s or Holiday’s will be shipped the next business day.
Local delivery orders will get to you same to next day! Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If your order includes any items not in the Ready to Ship collection your order will ship out in 2-7 business days for Made to Order or 1-2 weeks for Custom Orders.
Turn around time for made to order products is stated in each product description, as some products take longer than others.
Custom orders TAT is 1-2 weeks.
Custom Order Payment Policy
For all custom and personalized orders, full payment is required before production begins.
This ensures I can secure the necessary materials and dedicate the time to making your order just for you.
Because each piece is made to your specifications, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be resold.
Payment secures your spot in my schedule and allows me to start creating your item right away.

All orders are shipped out of Massachusetts, USA. Shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your location & what shipping method you choose at checkout. After the items have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please be understanding that shipping may be delayed due to the holidays. I have no control once your package leaves my hands for the post office or UPS.

Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at seasonupliftsbyk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
